The White Hall, which was built specifically for exhibitions, opened in May 1983. The main focus is on visual art exhibitions, but there have also been handicraft and photo exhibitions, concerts, theater performances, presentations, training, and receptions. We run the City Government lobby as a free exhibit space.
Exhibitions have been organized by the following people: Juhan Lasman, Woldemar Peil, Leili Pure, Alexander Igonin, Aarne Hanni, Matti Milius, Leonhard Lapin, Tiina Tammetalu, Cristel Allik, Heinz Valk, Tunne Kelam, Evi Mardna, and others.
Also, the “Virtual branch of the Russian Museum” and the sales office in Piletilevi operate there.
